REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Verkons. We're committed to a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return, refund, and exchange process.

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- In resellable condition with all tags, labels, and accessories included

Return Window: 30 days from delivery
Return Method: By mail only
Return Label: Customer's responsibility
Return Costs: Paid by the customer
Restocking Fees: None
Refund Processing Time: Within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at support@verkons.com with the following:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- Reason for return (include photos if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we'll send you:
- A Return Authorisation number
- Packing instructions
- The return address

You'll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved. We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@verkons.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund - whichever you prefer.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customised or personalised items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Items removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, socks, cosmetics)
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
- Sale items
- Gift cards

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible - but you may return your order under this policy.


EUROPEAN UNION - 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

REFUND PROCESS

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving and approving your return.
Method: Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Delayed Refunds: Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@verkons.com.
